I tried disabling all my mods and launching (almost) vanilla Morrowind via MO2 and result is the same. I'm using mod organizer 2 and it works fine for most things like a new lighthouse, but how do I install mods like Morrowind code patch or MGE XE? Do I run the . exe to launch through MO2.
